EXPERIENCE:                                       For the past 15 years Mr. Agnew has specialized in mixed use and multi-family                                                                   housing wood framed construction and has designed over 2,500,000 square feet                                                               of new wood framed structures.  Many of these projects have required the                                                                           integration of significant structural steel, cold formed steel, structural masonry,                                                                 and concrete elements.  Mr. Agnew focuses on efficient/economical designs,                                                                       effective team communication/ coordination, and prompt responses to help meet                                                               schedule targets throughout the project duration.

           

                                                           Other projects Mr. Agnew specializes in include public storage facilities,                                                                               commercial seismic upgrades, restaurants, office buildings, multi-family housing                                                               renovations, and new residential construction.
