EXPERIENCE:                                       

                                                           Mr. Wetterlin has served as a Principal and Project Manager for the structural                                                                     design of millions of square feet of buildings, through which he has gained and                                                                 provided a wide knowledge base of multiple building types.  His experience                                                                       includes a variety of successful public and private building projects consisting of                                                                 office, retail, warehouse, education, multifamily, restaurant, car dealerships, and                                                               manufacturing facilities. 

 

                                                           Mr. Wetterlin has also performed seismic evaluations and cost-effective seismic                                                                 upgrades to numerous older commercial buildings.
